It is Sabri Naeem and he is wanted in connection with an incident of GBH in Harpenden on July 1.
The 33-year-old may be driving a white BMW and has links to East London.
His last known address is in Old Bedford Road, Luton.
Anyone with information to Sabri’s whereabouts should contact Herts police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, with reference 41/12869/18.
