EX-ENGLAND and Saracens rugby player Richard Hill will be getting participants off to a flying start at the 2009 Herts 10K Challenge next Sunday, October 11.
Runners and walkers from around the local area have been signing up in their thousands for the event which Richard will start at Rothamsted in Harpenden.
St Albans Sainsburys are supporting the event by providing participants with water and fruit both during and at the end of the race.
The Herts 10K is in aid of Grove House which is hoping that it could raise as much as �200,000 in sponsorship.
