THE NORTHBOUND carriageway of the M1 near Luton will be affected by ongoing overnight work until the end of the month.
Subject to weather conditions, traffic restrictions will be in place between Junctions 10 and 12 from 10pm to 5am Monday to Thursdays and from 10pm until 6pm on Fridays. Restrictions are also planned for Saturday March 21 and 28.
The work starts northbound near Caddington and will continue for 7.5km. It is a temporary safety measure pending extensive resurfacing which will take place later this year.
