The roads around St Albans are still jammed following two separate accidents on the M1.
There are severe delays and queuing traffic on the M1 London-bound between J7 (Hemel Hempstead) and J6a M25, because of an accident involving a lorry earlier on. All lanes have been re-opened. Congestion to J12, A5120 (Flitwick).
There is also queuing traffic on the M1 northbound between J6a and J7 because of an accident earlier on. All lanes have also been re-opened.
