RESURFACING work on a busy St Albans road will be carried out overnight later this month.
Weather permitting, Bluehouse Hill will be closed from November 22 to 24 to enable the work to be completed.
County councillor Stuart Pile, executive member for highways and transport, said that some degree of disruption and delay was to be expected as a result of the essential maintenance works.
He added: “While we will make every effort to minimise inconvenience, the work has to be carried out while the road is closed for the safety of our workers and all road users.”
