Rayden Solicitors has raised £4,000 for the St Albans and Hertsmere Women’s Refuge from their annual quiz.

Over 100 lawyers from the local area and London took part in the quiz, which was held last Thursday at Old Albanians Rugby Club and hosted by drag queen Rosie Glow.

The firm’s senior partner Katherine Rayden said: “The refuge is a truly worthwhile cause and in raising money for the charity we are able to directly support children affected by domestic violence in St Albans and Hertsmere. We are hugely grateful to the local business community who donated items for our raffle as well as our professional network in London and Herts who supported this event so generously.”

The charity’s Liz Perry said: “SAHWR supports all victims of domestic abuse and their children and we are very grateful to Rayden Solicitors for supporting our work.”

The quiz was won by SA Law.
