EVERYTHING will be coming up sunflowers at Grove House this summer - and its all thanks to a group of Rainbows.
The 1st St Albans Rainbows responded to a visit from Liz Hizli, community fundraiser at Grove House, by growing their own sunflowers for the day hospice gardens.
And the five and six year olds brought them along to Grove House themselves because after Liz had visited them, they wanted to do something to show their support for the hospice and provide enjoyment for patients.
Liz commented: "It was fantastic to have our first-ever Rainbow group visit the hospice. The garden is an integral part of the facilities we provide and I'm sure the patients will enjoy seeing the sunflowers grow.
