HelioSlough have been awarded a fresh chance at securing planning permission for the scheme on the former Radlett Airfield.

Deputy Judge Milwyn Jarman quashed a Government decision refusing it planning permission for a second time, and ordered Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Eric Pickles to look at the application yet again.

St Albans district council and campaign group STRiFE have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds battling the application over the past few years.
