A DECISION on an application for a massive rail freight terminal in Radlett will not be made for at least three months.
In a letter to developers Helioslough in December last year Secretary of State Eric Pickles said he was “minded” to approve their proposal.
And now he has given them a further three months from August, 15 to submit a “satisfactory planning obligation”.
