A PUBLIC meeting has been arranged by two local watchdog organisations next week to look at issues surrounding the district council’s review of the Green Belt.
The meeting at the Old Town Hall is being held at 8pm next Thursday, May 23, and has been organised by St Albans Civic Society and St Albans Green Belt Association.
It is open to everyone at no charge and a presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on the council’s review of the Green Belt.
The meeting aims to identify the issues, provide an informed assessment and offer the opportunity to work together for the benefit of our community.
Members of the panel invited to take part in the discussion will include Anne Main MP, Elizabeth Hamilton, chair of CPRE Herts, and Simon Rowberry, the council’s head of planning.
