Charlotte Wilmer-Barbrook, the chair of the Herts Postnatal Illness Charity said Christmas could cause added stress to new mums recovering from the condition: "Each year we are inundated with calls and emails from poorly mums and dads in Herts wanting reassurance and assistance during this difficult time."
