Police seized thousands of pounds worth of cannabis resin from two men in St Albans.
A vehicle was stopped by police on the A405 St Albans Road at 12.55pm on Tuesday, July 10.
Laurence Phee, 47, of Carlisle Road and Patric Hatti, 49, of Lammermuir Way, both in Airdrie, Scotland, have been charged with possession with intent to supply controlled drugs.
Both men appeared at Hatfield Remand Court yesterday (Wednesday, July 11) and have been released on conditional bail to reside in Airdrie.
They are due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Friday, August 10.
