A CCTV image has been released of a man the police would like to speak with in relation to an incident on a bus, where a passenger was allegedly touched inappropriately while travelling from Watford to St Albans.
A spokeswoman for the Herts Police said that the incident occurred on March 24 at about 5.30pm when the victim, aged in her 30s, was sitting on an Arriva 321 bus.
The offender was sitting behind the victim and allegedly reached around her touching her inappropriately. The victim moved seats before getting off the bus.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Herts Police non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number F1/14/986.
