A man has indecently exposed himself to a woman walking in St Albans.

Herts Police are investigating the incident, which occurred in Alban Way at about 10.45am on Monday (15).

A police spokesman said a woman in her 50s was walking along the trail when she passed a man who was indecently exposing himself.

The man made no attempt to follow the woman or grab her.

He was described as black, of medium build and aged between 20 and 30.

The flasher was between 5ft and 5ft 10ins tall and had short black afro hair.

He was wearing a dark long-sleeved top and dark jeans.

Anyone with any information in relation to this incident is asked to contact the police via the non-emergency number 101 or call Crimestoppers, the independent charity, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
