Police in St Albans look to trace owner of necklace

PUBLISHED: 10:57 03 November 2011

POLICE investigating recent burglaries in the St Albans area are looking to trace the owners of a distinctive piece of jewellery.

Det Sgt Ollie Johnston, from the St Albans Local Crime Unit, said: “Every year we recover a large amount of property that may have been the subject of crime.

“We are hoping that someone sees this photo of this distinctive piece of jewellery and gets in touch with us. It is worn silver, and was one of the rarer bean shaped pendants. I understand Tiffany stopped making that type of pendant some years ago.”

If you recognise this necklace, contact Herts Police via the non-emergency number 101, asking for DS Johnston or DC Scott Curran at St Albans.
