A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Emille Stapleton following yesterday’s appeal (November 2).
Hertfordshire constabulary arrested 26-year-old Paul Crosbie - known locally as ‘Irish’ - at 7.32pm yesterday evening (2) on Comet Way, Hatfield, after a member of the public recognised him from photos released to the press yesterday afternoon.
Crosbie, originally from Camden, north London, was among 11 people arrested - and later bailed - following the death of Emille Stapleton last Saturday (October 24).
Police confirmed that Crosbie would be held and interviewed with regard to last week’s incident on London Road, St Albans.
