Police are investigating after a cyclist followed a woman in St Albans on New Year’s Eve.

Herts police were called at 3.08pm on Sunday, December 31, to reports that a woman had been followed by a man on a bike in Orient Close.

The man is described as tanned, with dark stubble, aged in his 20s and wearing grey sweatpants and a grey hoodie.

The Safer Neighbourhood Team has been made aware of the incident.
