Police are investigating after burglars broke into a house in St Albans and stole rings, earrings and necklaces.
The burglary took place in Glenlyn Avenue on Saturday between 2pm and 11.30pm.
One or more thieves broke in through the rear door and searched the house before stealing various items of jewellery, including a number of gold rings, necklaces and earrings.
