James has been missing from his home in St Albans since August 21


POLICE are appealing for help to trace a vulnerable 72-year-old St Albans man, who has gone missing.

James Wodrow, from Springfield Road, was last seen at his home address on August 21, at around 11am.

He is described as a white man, of medium build, approximately 5ft 5 inches tall, with grey receding hair and a Scottish accent. He was last seen wearing glasses a grey or brown fleece jacket and a cream coloured cap.

It is currently believed that James could be in Edinburgh or the Northumbria area.

Police have asked that James makes contact with the police or his family as soon as possible, as there are concerns for his safety and welfare at this time.

Anyone with information about James’s whereabouts should call Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101.
