A FIGHT which broke out between two men ended with each one attacking the other with a weapon.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the altercation behind Cheers Pizza in Hatfield Road, St Albans, just after 4.20pm last Wednesday.

Shortly afterwards one of the men went to his flat behind the restaurant and returned with what was believed to be an iron bar and bladed weapon which he used against the other man causing superficial injuries.

His victim then got the bladed weapon from him and used it against his assailant, also causing superficial injuries.
