A TEENAGE girl has been discharged from hospital after being involved in a collision with a car yesterday afternoon.
The 18-year-old from Harpenden was knocked down in Lattimore Road, at the junction with London Road, at around 1.40pm and was taken to the QE11 Hospital with possible head injuries but was later released.
A police spokesperson said she appeared to be crossing the road when the accident involving the green Rover happened.
No further action is being taken by the police with regards to the incident.
