CALLING all local businesses - don't miss your chance to find out how to get involved with the London 2012 Games.

Paralympian Giles Long will visit St Albans on Thursday November 5 to talk to businesses about getting ready for the London 2012 Games.

Giles, a medal-winning swimmer, will be at Sopwell House Hotel for a special business breakfast starting at 7.30am. It is hoped is inspirational story about excelling at the very highest level of sport will encourage delegates to make the most of the London 2012 Games.

Organised by Hertfordshire is Ready for Winners, Business Link East and Stevenage Borough Council, business people are invited to our free business breakfast to discover the opportunities the London 2012 Games is offering. Important information about London 2012's procurement system - CompeteFor - will be available from Business Link experts, as well as support throughout the procurement process.

In addition to enjoying a cooked breakfast, meeting a Paralympic medallist and finding out about the new Olympic White Water Canoe Centre under construction in Hertfordshire, the breakfast is also a great opportunity to network with other local business people.
