The new Ivy Brasserie will open in St Albans city centre next month.
The restaurant, which is replacing Brasserie Blanc in Verulam Road, is due to open on Wednesday, May 9.
It is the first Ivy restaurant to open in Hertfordshire, and will be open seven days a week with an all-day dining menu. The brasserie will accommodate 139 guests across the main restaurant and bar, as well as a semi-private dining area seating 12 and a terrace seating eight.
Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 8am to 12.30am, and Sundays and bank holidays from 9.30am to 11pm.
