HUNDREDS of people in St Albans are recycling unwanted goods rather than committing them to the rubbish bin. And now Christoph Lutz, who is moderator of the group, the StAlbansfreecycle network, is looking for more like-minded members Christoph, a web designer who lives in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, has been running the group since summer and it has grown to almost 600 members. He said: "The whole thing is based on the old adage that one person's trash is another person's treasure. The StAlbansfreecycle network's goal is to slow down the flow of rubbish into our landfills by connecting people who want to get rid of old stuff with frugal people looking for free stuff."
