Police were called at 3.20am to Benedictine Place, in London Road, St Albans, and subsequently arrested the men after an ‘altercation’.
A police spokesperson said they cannot confirm whether a stabbing took place. He said: “Nine men have been arrested in connection with this incident and are currently in police custody. It would be inappropriate for us to comment any further at this time.”
