A CLARINET was found buried in the snow on Bernards Heath in St Albans on Sunday morning.
Stephanie Maiden, who lives near the heath, discovered it sticking out of the snow at around 11am near the bench on the field opposite the old fire station.
It was not in a case but she thinks it has not suffered too much from being dropped in the snow.
She thinks it might have fallen from a sledge because of the number of youngsters sledging around the trees there last week.
Stephanie plans to keep the clarinet at her house until half-term and anyone who has lost it can contact her on 07957 567362.
