FRIENDLY Fires fans will get the chance to meet the band at a signing event ahead of their sold-out homecoming gig at the Alban Arena next week.
The three former St Albans Boys School pupils - Edd Gibson, Ed Macfarlane and Jack Savidge - will be at HMV in St Peters Street from 5.30pm next Thursday (September 3).
The band shot to fame with the release of their self-titled debut album and have recently been nominated for a Mercury Music Prize.
Fans will be able to grab a copy of the new deluxe version of their album and get it signed at the forthcoming event. And those who already own the widely acclaimed debut album will be able to upgrade it to the latest edition for a fee of about 5 on the evening only.
The new version of the album features a second disk of remixes along with the band's videos and footage of their recent sell-out shows at the HMV Forum.
