King of film critics Mark Kermode is appearing tonight at an exclusive Radio Verulam fundraising event to spill his thoughts about what’s hot and what’s not not in the movie world.
The broadcasting personality is appearing at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield to treat audiences to a journey across the modern cinematic landscape.
In honour of his new book Hatchet Job, Love Movies, Hate Critics, Kermode will ask the question: ‘Who needs the professionals now that everyone’s a critic?’. He will also take part in a Q&A and sign books after the event.
Owner of the soon-to-be opened St Albans cinema James Hannaway will also be there to share the progress of the former Odeon site in London Road.
For any last minute tickets call the box office on 01707 281127 or book online at www.radioverulam.com/kermode
