FLEET-footed Hannah Thompson has raised almost �800 for the St Albans Bereavement Network (SABN) in memory of her father.
Hannah, who works for the VSO, took part in the Bath Half Marathon earlier this month and completed the race in two hours, 16 minutes which matches her previous personal best.
She said that most people who took part in the event were doing it for charity and added: “The sun came out half way round which cheered me up no end.
“I am really happy to have raised almost �800 for SABN who are supporting various members of my family since my father died suddenly in November 2010. I am very grateful for their support.”
