Man Wanted on suspicion of attempted murder found

A YOUNG man wanted on suspicion of attempted murder has been found by police. Ben Smith, 21, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was arrested in Radlett at 2.30pm yesterday (Sunday) in connection with an incident in Wheathampstead on August 9.

A YOUNG man wanted on suspicion of attempted murder has been found by police.

Ben Smith, 21, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was arrested in Radlett at 2.30pm yesterday (Sunday) in connection with an incident in Wheathampstead on August 9.

An appeal to trace him was put on Crimewatch recently following local publicity to trace him. Smith remains in police custody.
