A MAN believed to be in his 40s was taken to Watford Hospital after falling over in St Peter’s Street during Saturday’s markets in St Albans.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) Gary Sanderson said several ambulance crew attended the scene outside the NatWest bank at about 1.30pm on Saturday June 30.
Police were called to assist as the man had fallen on the road and bumped his head.
A spokesman for Herts Police said they had to stop traffic for about half an hour while the man was attended to.
There were no further details on his injuries.
