Police reported a man for summons after a crash in St Albans.


Police attending a collision in St Albans identified a man in possession of class A drugs.

Herts police were called at 10.53am yesterday to reports of a crash on the A414 North Orbital Road, westbound between London Colney and Park Street roundabouts.

A driver and two passengers made off from the vehicle towards the Park Street roundabout.

A 26-year-old man was reported for summons for traffic matters and class A drug possession.

I should probably have taken the hint! Walking out into the garden recently an unprecedented flock of thirty or more crows raucously greeted me from the treetops at the bottom of my garden. There is always something ominous about crows – they are after all carrion crows, the vultures of the bird world – always watching for scraps and weakness that might mean their next meal.
