A man who escaped police wearing only his underpants has handed himself in.
The 22-year-old sparked a police search on Friday (9) after he jumped out of a window at a property in Artisan Crescent in St Albans during a police search.
Herts Police were carrying out a warrant under the misuse of drugs when the man jumped out of the window wearing only his underpants and made off in the direction of Folly Lane.
A police search was carried out with the use of a helicopter and a dog unit, but the man eventually handed himself in.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled Class B drug, believed to be cannabis. He has been bailed until November 6.
