A 48 year old is currently in hospital with serious injuries


An investigation has been launched after a man was hospitalised with serious head injuries this morning (Thursday).

Police were called at about 10.30am today to the back of Argos in the Upper Dagnall Street/ Spencer Street area, St Albans.

The man, believed to be 48, is currently in hospital in London.

A spokesperson for Herts Police said: “Investigations are continuing to establish how the man came to suffer the injury.”
