Man found dead in Frogmore named

THE man found dead in Frogmore on Monday afternoon has been named as 67-year-old Colin McColm.

His body was discovered by police at the former Old Red Lion pub, which was recently taken over by Traffic Self Drive, just after midday when concerns were raised for his welfare. Officers found no suspicious circumstances.

The cause of death, which will be subject to confirmation at an inquest opened and adjourned today (Wednesday), was found to be hypovolaemic shock and asphyxiation caused by a neck injury.
