A FLASHER who exposed himself to two teenage girls last month is being sought by police.

The 14-year-old girls were walking along Stewart Road, Harpenden, at around 3.45pm on Monday, November 11, when a man came towards them and exposed himself before walking off.

He is described as a white man in his late forties or early fifties, around 5ft 10ins tall and of a large build with blonde balding hair. He had broad shoulders, a large head and a short neck as well as short legs.

He was wearing a purple shirt, a dark jacket, brown shoes and a beige scarf tucked into his jacket.
