Man dies after collision in Harpenden

A MAN is believed to have died after a crash in Harpenden.

Ambulance crews from Harpenden, Hemel and St Albans attended the scene on Crabtree Lane near the railway bridge at 2.49pm.

An air ambulance arrived but police confirmed that the man, thought to be in his 70s, died at the scene.
