A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the discovery of a body in Shenley this morning (Thursday).
The man's body was found in bushes at around 7am in Radlett Lane and police believe he had been involved in an incident in the early hours of yesterday morning (Wednesday) in Essex.
During this incident in Harlow, a man was thought to have sustained severe injuries and a black Seat car was seen speeding away from the scene.
The car was found in Watford yesterday with a large quantity of blood inside. The amount was so great that police suspected the injured person had died.
A 27-year-old man from Harlow was arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder.
Police have closed Radlett Lane since the discovery of the body and Essex police are investigating.
