Residents of a St Albans district council ward where a by-election is being held next month are being reminded to register to vote.
The vacancy in Clarence ward following the resignation of Cllr Sam Rowlands is being held on Thursday, October 20, but registrations to vote must reach the council by midnight on Tuesday, October 4.
