AN accident involving a motorcyclist closed the M25 in both directions this afternoon.
The incident happened at about 12.30pm when the woman motorcyclist came off of her bike on the anticlockwise carriageway between 21A (Bricket Wood) and 22 (London Colney.) Three other vehicles also collided but the drivers were uninjured.
An air ambulance landed to take the woman to hospital but she was conveyed there by road. Both carriageways are now open and traffic is flowing.
