Firefighters were called to smouldering logs in London Colney which are believed to have been set alight deliberately.

A crew from St Albans Fire Station was called to the fire in coppice woods off Whitehorse Lane at 4.23pm today (Tuesday, August 14).

A pile of logs had been set on fire and were smouldering.

The crews believe the fire to have been set deliberately.
