The proposed county incinerator is to be discussed at a public meeting

AN anti-incinerator group is holding a public meeting on the proposed county incinerator at Radlett tomorrow, Thursday March 24.

The Watling Incinerator Group (WING) meeting is at 8pm at the Radlett Centre, 1 Aldenham Avenue. Speakers include St Albans MP Anne Main and Hertsmere MP James Clappison. The group opposes Hertfordshire county council’s plans to build an incinerator, with an announcement to be made next month on whether it will be built at either Radlett or Hatfield.
