Failed to identify the motorist using her BMW 520D Sport when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South, Borehamwood, on October 5, as required by Herts police at Stevenage on November 20. Fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Batsirai Nyamupingidza: 22, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, Drove a Volkwagen Polo without due care and attention on Hatfield Road, St Albans, on July 20. He was seen by a police helicopter to be travelling at high speeds and appeared to be racing two other vehicles. The driver overtook another vehicle at high speed on a bend, causing a motorist coming the opposite way to take evasive action to avoid a collision. Also found to be driving a vehicle with a worn front offside tyre. Fined £160 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
