Beverly Shearon: 48, of Lycaste Close, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £6.90 compensation and £295 costs after travelling on a railway near St Albans station without having previously paid her fare, on June 10.

Lorna Stevenson: 35, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £14.40 compensation and £295 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket to travel, at St Albans on May 25.

John Veness: 39, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £10.90 compensation and £297 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Elstree and Borehamwood station on June 2.

Simeon Dacre: 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was placed under a curfew from 9pm-7am daily for four weeks, ordered to pay £52.50 compensation and £295 costs after stealing two bars of chocolate worth £5.98 from Martin McColl newsagent in St Albans on August 18, and wine and other items worth £46.52 from the same location on September 9.

Vanesa Diaz: 26, of Victoria Street, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £301 costs and was awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the driver using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence in Watford between April 17 and May 15.

Xin Hu: 32, of High Street, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on March 19.

Melissa Bailey: 31, of Radlett Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £301 costs and was awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the driver using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence in Harpenden on March 9. She was fined a further £660 and banned from driving for six months for the same offence in Harpenden on March 15.

Nicholas Pfeffer: 33, of Althorp Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore on March 17.

Daniel Posner: 40, of Pound Lane, Shenley, was fined £330 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for failing to comply with solid white line road markings, in Shenleybury, Shenley, on March 16.

Nicholas Clarke: 49, of Mayflower Road, Park Street, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after driving without insurance on the M25 between J21A-20 at Bricket Wood on March 3.

Timothy Valdar: 32, of Station Road, Harpenden, was fined £330 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on March 15.

Jason Swan: 43, of Westfield Place, Harpenden, was fined £67 plus 3120 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on January 31.

Abdus Salam: 39, of Richard Stagg Close, St albans, was fined £80 plus £255 costs after being found in possession of a small bag of cannabis in St Albans on October 14.

Brendan Boylan: 18, of Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £240 costs after being found in possession of seven bags of cannabis in St Albans on October 17.

Sofiane Alakha: 29, of Lawrence Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £285 costs after being found in possession of five small bags of cannabis in St Albans on September 14.

Jordan Levien: 23, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £285 costs after being found in possession of a small bag of cannabis in St Albans on July 31.

Matthew Murdoch: 33, of Milton Road, Harpenden, was fined 3110 plus £50 compensation and £255 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on October 18.

Aimee Atkinson: 21, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £330 costs after assaulting a man by beating at St Albans on February 28.

Nicholas Clarke: 49, of Mayflower Road, Park Street, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £156 compensation and £215 costs after damaging a window in St Albans on November 5.

Tishana Woodward: 19, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £330 costs after assaulting a man by beating at St Albans on February 28.

Jason Clark: 30, of Maynard Drive, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £210 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Sandridge on June 5.

Kiel Turner: 30, of Portland Street, St Albans, was fined £240 plus £255 costs for being on foot on the M25 between J22-23 and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty, on October 27.

Finlay Silman: 23, of Fairfield Close, Radlett, was ordered to pay £200 compensation and 3180 costs for dishonestly stating that a stolen watch was his property to sell, intending to make a gain of £200 for himself, at Watford on April 24.

Luigi Spasiano: 46, of Nelson Avenue, St Albans, was ordered to keep his alsatian dog Jack on a lead and muzzled in a public place, with his garden properly secured at all times or it will be destroyed, and was fined £80 plus £300 costs after the animal was dangerously out of control in Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, and injured a passer-by, on May 25.
