Christopher Bishop: 26, of Napsbury Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £110 plus £105 costs after refusing to provide a breath specimen for analysis at Hatfield on February 27.

Milton Akanmu: 50, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for nine months, ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid community work, and pay £475 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, and driving while disqualified and without insurance in Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead, on December 8, and driving while disqualified and without insurance in Gurney Court Road, St Albans, on October 18.

Dinmati Heerah: 75, of Alzey Gardens, Harpenden, was fined £565 plus £677 costs and was awarded four penalty points for driving without due care and attention along Southdown Road, Harpenden, on November 30 2013, driving across a pedestrian crossing when it was being used and colliding with the pedestrian, causing serious injury to her.

Rebecca Church: 26, was fined £80 plus £105 and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along Main Road South, Dagnall, Bucks, on February 25 2014.

Georgina Graham: 27, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for five weeks suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 17 months, and ordered to pay £160 costs after driving while disqualified and without insurance in Leighton Buzzard Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 17.

Amanda Monk: 47, of Woodstock Road North, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton

Tracy Hart: 35, of Townsend Avenue, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £60 costs for stealing food items worth £4 from Poundworld Stores in St Albans on November 12, and assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on the same date.

Bernard Doherty: 29, of How Wood, Park Street, was fined £75 plus £26 compensation and £105 costs for stealing two bottles of vodka worth £26 froom the Co-op in St Albans on January 20.

Tyron Cunnington: 18, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 480 hours unpaid community work and pay £750 compensation and £60 costs for stealing DVDs from BHS in St Albans between December 16-February 15, mobile phone covers from Everything Everywhere in St Albans on December 16, DVDs from WH Smith in Harpenden between December 16-February 15, DVDs from WH Smith in Hemel Hempstead between the same dates, DVDs from WH Smith in Welwyn Garden City between the same dates, and DVDs belonging to Superdrug in WGC between the same dates.

Andrew Niven: 36, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was committed to prison for five weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £80 costs after stealing Versace glasses worth £250 from Boots at Borehamwood on November 26.

Angela Cooper: 40, of Newgate Close, S Albans, was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £165 costs after stealing two bottles of wine worth £10.98 from Aldi foodstore at Hatfield on February 21.

Kevin Dale: 49, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £110 plus £105 costs and ordered to pay £250 compensation after stealing wing mirrors and a windscreen bottle from Morrisons Park Street Lane construction site on February 25, and being equipped with an article for use of in a theft, namely a wrench.

Danny Smith: 24, of Monks Close, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid community work, pay £157.50 compensation and £145 costs after claiming property belonged to him in order to make a gain, at Welwyn Garden City on November 12, and stealing a Tag Heuer watch worth £400 from St Albans on the same date.

James Parke: 23, of Chalkdell Fields, St Albans, was fined £250 plus £150 compensation and £110 costs after damaging a pane of glass in a door at The Hurricane Rooms Snooker Club in St Albans on October 5.

Peter Mack: 32, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood, was ordered to carry out 200 hours community work, pay £1,400 compensation and £260 costs, and was made subject to a restraining order until March 11 2016 after damaging a Ford Fiesta Zetec in St Albans on November 15.

Daniel Cato: 22, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was fined £500 plus £655 costs after damaging a Samsung Galaxy S4 mogile phone, and a black Ford Fiesta, at Hemel Hempstead on June 30.

Khaled Miah: 18, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, must carry out 40 hours unpaid community work and pay £200 compensation and £60 costs, after damaging a large external display window belonging to Twinsco Shop in St Albans on February 14.

Saleh Choudhury: 47, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £200 compensation and £105 costs after damaging the windscreen of a VW Polo in St Albans on February 8.

Jahan Malik: 27, of Clarence Road, St Albans, was made subject to a curfew for four months from 7pm-7am daily and a restraining order until March 11 2017, and fined £60 plus £100 compensation and £300 costs, after assaulting a woman by beating at Park Street on November 1.

Errol Mooney: 40, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was banned from entering The Horn pub in St Albans for two years, and fined £10 plus £50 compensation and £145 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on January 26.

Robert Dunham: 45, of Balfour Court, Harpenden, was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid community work, and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £700 costs, after assaulting a woman by beating at Wheathampstead on July 6.

Goran Aram: 19, of Allen Close, Shenley, was fined £73 plus £25 compensation and £105 costs for assaulting a man by beating at Borehamwood on March 12.
