ST ALBANS-based firm KSB Law has merged with international law company Davies Arnold Cooper.
Lawyers at the KSB offices in Victoria Street, will now work alongside their new colleagues from Davies Arnold Cooper following the move that took place at the beginning of last week.
Spokesperson Sam Bompas said that Davies Arnold Cooper was intending to use the St Albans office to push the construction side of the business to attract property clients who operated in the South East.
He described the merger as a result of two businesses which realised their expertise would complement one another while offering a better service to their clients and reducing their overhead costs.
Davies Arnold Cooper has 200 lawyers working in offices in London, Manchester, Madrid and New Mexico.
