AN inquest has been opened and adjourned into the sudden death of Vincenzo Vetere, who died suddenly on Friday.
No cause of death was given for the popular Beaumont schoolboy as results of a histology examination are still awaited.
Vincenzo, who was known to most as Chinni, was taken ill at his home in Beechwood Avenue, St Albans, at around 9.30am on Friday and died at the QEII hospital shortly afterwards.
He has been described as a popular boy with a great sense of humour in the many tributes which have flooded in since his death.
