A FLASHER exposed himself to a woman along a residential street in broad daylight. The incident happened at 11am in Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, on Tuesday September 1. The victim was walking along the road when the man approached her and exposed himself.

The incident happened at 11am in Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, on Tuesday September 1.

The victim was walking along the road when the man approached her and exposed himself. She shouted at him before he walked off into nearby Praetorian Court and then through the woodland into Mercers Row.

The man was described as Asian, of a large build, between the ages of 25 and 30, 5ft 6ins tall with short wavy black hair, which is receding at the front.

He was also described as having a pointy nose and a beard, without a moustache, and was wearing light grey tracksuit bottoms and a white shirt with a grey printed pattern.

PC James Kier, investigating, said he would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone who recognises the man described.
