A Hurricane Irma collection will be taking in St Albans to fund aid boxes for people devastated by the storm.
Strong winds of at least 70mph have battered Caribbean islands of America, leaving thousands of people without water and electricity, and destroying their homes.
Irma has recently hit Florida and Georgia - the full extent of damage is still unknown, including the exact number of people who have died in the storm.
The Rotary Club of St Albans Verulamium will be collecting money outside Morrisons on Hatfield Road tomorrow and the weekend (September 15, 16, and 17), to help with aid for the people affected by the nightmare weather.
It will provide Shelter Boxes for the islanders most in need - there are tents, water purification, solar lights, thermal blankets and cooking utensils inside.
