HGV’s ruptured fuel tank causing M25 delays between South Mimms and London Colney

There are currently delays on the M25 between South Mimms and London Colney.

Two lanes have been closed on the anticlockwise carriageway between Junction 23 and 22 due to a HGV with a ruptured fuel tank.

Speed restrictions are in place, and Highways England has warned motorists to pass with care and plan ahead before using the route.
